— Contribute meaningfully to the creative process working with other members of the practice.
— Be responsible for the production of technical packages.
— Head up projects during construction, including regular site attendance.
— Contribution to the technical competency of the practice.
— Chartered (CIAT) status preferred
— Track record of technical competency
— Keen eye for detailing and excellent construction knowledge
— A good understanding of building regulations
— Experience of JCT (SBCC) contract administration
— Proficiency in Vectorworks would be an advantage
— Full UK Driving License
